Warranty & Return
TonneausOur tonneaus are covered by a 3 year warranty. If your returning your tonneau because of a defect on our part we will happily replace this for you. If your tonneau was incorrectly sent out, we will send you out a new one.
10% Restocking Fee on Tonneaus
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error we have made, a restocking fee of 10% will be
charged on returns. Please choose carefully, as this fee will be incurred if you simply decide to change your mind.
Missing or Damaged Product Fee
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing: the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or
manuals (i.e., any product not in a "saleable" condition).
Existing Tonneaus
If you order a tonneau and you have not notified us of existing buttons/hooks, no refund will be issued because our bunjees dont match up with the hooks already on the vehicle.
It is up to the customer to notify of any existing hooks prior to purchase, as our tonneaus are not universal and do not suit other manfufacturers.
Solution: The solution to this is contact us FIRST and we can send a blank tonneau with bunjees to put on that will fit the existing holes. Dont purchase a tonneau prior to contacting
us and letting us know.
Custom Tonneau Orders
There is no refund or exchange on any custom orders including, but not limited to, custom length cuts, specially made items
and special order items not normally carried in our warehouse.
Lid
Lids are covered by either lifetime structural warranty or lifetime paintwork warranty. If the lid is damaged on arrival, or sent out incorrectly they can be returned for an exchange of the correct product only. They cannot be refunded. Lids ordered incorrectly cannot be refunded or returned, so choose carefully!
